These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ta222. By accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by the rules set out below.

2. Eligibility
Access to ta222 is restricted. All of the following conditions must be satisfied before a person may register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the platform:
Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and play at ta222. One Account Per Person
Each person may hold only one registered account at ta222. Creating multiple accounts, whether using the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. ta222 reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same person and void any winnings or bonuses accumulated across those accounts if multiple registration is detected.
3. Account Registration and Security
The following rules apply to account registration and the ongoing security of your ta222 account:
Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own. Providing false, misleading or another person's details during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
Password and Login Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ta222 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, use a device you do not personally own without logging out afterwards, or allow another person to use your account. All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, regardless of whether or not you personally authorised it.
Account Verification (KYC)
ta222 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected. You may be asked to provide a copy of a government-issued identification document and proof of ownership of your registered payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the time requested will result in the suspension or closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions at ta222 are subject to the following terms. ta222 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard.
Deposits
The minimum deposit at ta222 is ৳500 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment is confirmed by the relevant provider. ta222 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. You must only deposit funds from payment methods that you personally own and that are registered in your own name.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Withdrawals via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. ta222 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be paid to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.
Prohibited Transactions
Deposits using payment methods not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited. ta222 has anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where legally required. Any account associated with fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or third-party payment methods will be suspended pending investigation. All associated funds may be withheld.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
ta222 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
Eligibility and Claiming
Bonuses are available only to registered ta222 account holders who meet the eligibility criteria for each promotion. Welcome bonuses are available once per person per household. Bonus offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. ta222 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by ta222 are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is published in the individual promotion terms and must be met within the stated timeframe. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only unless the promotion terms state otherwise. ta222 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirement fulfilment.
Bonus Expiry
Unclaimed bonuses expire if not activated within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Active bonuses that are not fully wagered within their validity period will be removed from your account, along with any winnings derived from them, without notice. It is your responsibility to check the validity period of any bonus before activating it.
6. Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted through a ta222 account:
Cricket and Sports Betting
All bets on cricket and other sports (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup and bilateral series) are accepted subject to ta222's live odds at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. ta222 reserves the right to void bets in the event of data errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
Casino and Slot Games
All casino and slot game outcomes at ta222 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are final once settled by the system. In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, ta222 will attempt to reconstruct the game state and settle the round at the last valid recorded state. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and the stake returned.
Maximum Winnings
ta222 reserves the right to impose maximum winnings limits on individual games, game categories, or specific promotional periods. Where applicable, maximum winnings limits will be published in the relevant game or promotion terms. Winnings that exceed any applicable maximum limit may be reduced to that limit at ta222's discretion.
7. Responsible Gaming
ta222 is committed to responsible gaming and the protection of vulnerable persons. All players must be aged 21 or above. ta222 provides deposit limit tools, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion options to all registered account holders. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time. ta222 strongly encourages all players to use these tools to manage their gaming activity and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment only — never as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited at ta222. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended and all associated winnings and balances forfeited pending investigation:
- Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tool to interact with the ta222 platform in place of a human player.
- Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bonus abuse or odds manipulation.
- Depositing funds from payment accounts not registered in your own name, or using payment methods associated with fraudulent, stolen or disputed funds.
- Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, market or event offered on ta222.
- Attempting to launder money or use ta222 as a conduit for any financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
- Providing false information at registration, during KYC verification, or in any communication with ta222 customer support.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
ta222 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where ta222 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, where an account appears to be associated with fraudulent activity, where a player is identified as being under 21 years of age, or where continued operation of the account would expose ta222 to regulatory, legal or reputational risk.
Upon account closure, ta222 will determine whether any remaining balance is payable to the account holder. Balances associated with breaches of these Terms, fraudulent activity or multi-accounting will be forfeited. Where an account is closed due to a voluntary self-exclusion request, any remaining balance after deduction of any applicable bonus funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days Bangladesh Standard Time.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the ta222 platform, including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software and trademarks, is the intellectual property of ta222 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ta222 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, transmit or create derivative works from any content on ta222 without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ta222 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses arising from gaming activity, technical faults, service interruptions, or reliance on information published on the ta222 website.
ta222 makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that game results and odds data will always be accurate. ta222 makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and data accuracy but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service given the nature of internet-based technology.
12. Privacy
ta222 collects and processes personal data as described in the ta222 Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. ta222 uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about your account and relevant promotions. ta222 does not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Changes to These Terms
ta222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ta222 will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the ta222 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using ta222 and contact support to request account closure.
